Many Christians today unkowingly are being led astray by numerous deceptions of the god of this world Satan.
The first lie that Satan ever told was told to Eve in the Garden.
4 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
The original lie is still being told today, but Satan today in 2019 knows how to disguise the lie in so many ways that even Christians do not know that they have been beguiled by Satan just as Eve was beguiled by the serpent.
The newest deceptions of Satan is using is packaged in many different forms. We as Christians need to be aware of the many forms and follow the word of God strictly in the Bible. Not the word of man less you be deceived.
